First of all, the weather is fantastic all the year. You can enjoy the very nice beaches all over the country. There's an exchange student asociation (ESA) wich is all the time making trips, parties and a lot of events for all the students of the city. so, you have many many options to choose every day.

As I said earlier it might be harder to live for students from eastern Europe. Expenses looks like that:

Cyprus is really beautifull. Nicosia as the capitel city is unusual city. It is the last devided capital city in Europe between Greece and Turkey. Nicosia is very special. As the last worlds divided capital city it offers an experience unlike any other. I consider it the gate to Middle East, as you can meet all kind of immigrants there from north of Africa, Middle East & Asia.
