About choosing Brussels; it was an advice from my cousin who finished masters in Brussels in VUB, he described me the amazing things here, so i chose this city to be my new address. Also Brussels is the capital of Europe, so many nationalities, so many languages cultures, diversity is so nice here.

if you get a chance to study/work abroad: do not doubt! it will open your horizon, you will meet people from several different cultures, and also, you get a chance to see how your field of interest is handled abroad. It's a personal and academical enrichment.

Ghent is the perfect city for studying. Ghent Uni accepts a lot of international students every year and they know what they're doing when it comes to internationalization. Their webpage is easy to figure out and if you apply in good time, they arrange accommodation in one of the University homes (doorms) - …

Gent is a city full of students, so there's always al lot of things going on, in school, but also in your free time.
There are a lot of studenthomes, so sleeping accomodations are not a problem.

The dormitory is excellent, and cheap (90-120 Euros/Month). You can also rent a flat or share one in the city center for about 120-200 Euros per month. Courses in Finance are serious, you can also start to learn Lithuanian and Russian. Library is rich and diversified, teachers are very close to the students …
