I would recommend the moscow state university, because the professores a great, such as the city and the people, who live there.
Despite some organisational areas, my studies was perfect. Full of intelligent professors, helpful colleagues-students and marvelous views of huge city which never sleeps. It was my greatest life experience as I got much more knowledge during this 10 months than at home during at least the last 3 years.
This university is used to very old educational system and based on repeating after teachers or following their direct advice, instead of developing student's creativity and inspiring for own achievments. The majority of personal amditions are doomed to be rejected.
